Saskatchewan! Healthy people. A healthy province.

The Saskatchewan Population Health Council (SPHC) was created in June 2010 in response to a number of public reviews over the past decade. The Council's vision is a public health system that:

  • Empowers its workforce to improve the health outcomes of the Saskatchewan population;
  • Enables evidence-informed policy and strategy development;
  • Links strategy with operations; and
  • Enhances coordination and collaboration within the health system and beyond.
