What Services Are Covered? Out-of-Province/Out-of-Canada CoverageSaskatchewan Health covers most hospital and medical care you receive in Canada by a reciprocal billing arrangement with other publicly funded health systems. Health provides only limited coverage for emergency medical care from approved general hospitals outside Canada.
