Effective April 1, 2010, low-income individuals receiving Supplementary Health Plan, Family Health Plan and Seniors' Income Plan will be eligible for a maximum of 12 treatments a year.  All other coverage has been eliminated.

Using one of these secure tools, authorized personnel in a health care office can quickly confirm a patient's identity and eligibility for health care benefits and programs.
