Aboriginal Health Memorandum of Understanding: First Nations Health & Well-being in SaskatchewanA Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health, the Government of Canada, and the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations (FSIN) to improve the mental, physical, spiritual, emotional and traditional well being for First Nations' families and communities. The MOU was signed August 19, 2008 at Fort Qu'Appelle, Saskatchewan. ![]() Signing the Memorandum of Understanding were First Vice-chief Morley Watson and Second Vice-Chief Guy Lonechild of the FSIN, federal Minister of Health Tony Clement, and Saskatchewan Minister of Health Don McMorris.
